I'm working exclusively with a well-established firm that's expanding due to continued project wins and long-term client growth - and they're now looking for a driven Town Planner to join their team in Preston.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals

Providing strategic planning advice to a broad mix of private sector clients

Supporting senior planners on major developments

Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and external consultants

What we're looking for:

RTPI-accredited degree and eligibility or membership of the RTPI

1-5 years' experience in planning (public or private sector)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine interest in planning and development
