The Role:

Oversee mechanical elements within construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, milestones, and issues.

Ensure all mechanical installations meet safety regulations and quality standards.

Support senior project managers and directors with coordination and effective problem-solving.

What You Need:

Solid background in mechanical engineering, with experience delivering M&E construction projects valued between £3 million and £5 million.

Proven ability to manage projects from tender through to final handover.

Strong team management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple trades.
