Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a friendly primary school in the WA3 area. This long-term position is to cover staff sickness and will run on an ongoing basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Year 3 Teacher who enjoys bringing their own ideas to life in the classroom. The school offers staff the creativity and freedom to plan their own content within the National Curriculum, allowing you to deliver engaging, meaningful learning experiences tailored to your pupils.

The Role:

Teaching a welcoming and eager Year 3 class

Planning, delivering and assessing high-quality lessons

Using your own creativity to design curriculum content

Working collaboratively with a supportive KS2 team

Maintaining a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Year 3 Teacher Will:

Be a qualified Primary Teacher (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)

Have strong classroom management

Be confident planning independently

Bring energy, organisation and enthusiasm to the role

Be able to commit to an ongoing position
