Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Stretford

rTriibe is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support primary schools in Stretford. This is an excellent opportunity to work across KS1 and KS2, making a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2
• Support individuals, small groups, and whole classes
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
• Provide targeted support for pupils, including those with SEN
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Requirements:

• HLTA status or relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of SEN and safeguarding practices
• Good English, Maths, and ICT skills
• Confidence leading whole-class sessions
• Full-time availability for long-term placements
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
