💰 Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (weekly pay, paid every Friday)
🕒 Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week
📅 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 04:00 AM - 03:00 PM
We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver to join our team in Lutterworth. This is a great opportunity to work in a stable, long-term role within the logistics distribution and supply chain sector, with regular hours and weekly pay.
HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver Key Responsibilities:Drive and operate a Class 2 refuse lorry (dustcart/bin lorry)
Assist loaders with the manual handling of domestic wheelie bins
Ensure bins are emptied and returned properly to the correct location
Carry out additional work such as collections of missed bins when required
Operate the vehicle with full awareness of surroundings and safety regulations
Use a mobile device or tablet to log collections and job completions
HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver Requirements:Full UK Driving Licence (Category C - Class 2)
Valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph card
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Experience in the waste & recycling industry is desirable but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
