We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations across multiple business units. This is a key leadership role responsible for supplier management, cost optimisation, and sustainable sourcing. You'll work cross-functionally with operations, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure an efficient and reliable supply chain that supports growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals

Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships

Lead cost-saving initiatives and risk mitigation efforts

*

Oversee inventory levels and support just-in-time supply

*

Collaborate with operations, finance, and production to streamline procurement

*

Manage contracts and ensure compliance with procurement policies

*

Leverage ERP and procurement systems for reporting and forecasting

*

Mentor and lead a high-performing procurement team

What We're Looking For

*

5+ years' experience in procurement, ideally in FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing

*

Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills

*

Experience in strategic sourcing, cost control, and contract management

*

Solid understanding of supply chain processes and procurement best practices

*

Strong analytical skills with data-led decision-making

*

Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

*

Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in driving efficiency and value
