We are a small company with BIG results. Our executive team has 15-20 years of experience each running roofing and remediation.

Our business strategy consists of 4 points:

POINT 1: Provide a home for the best, to be the best.  TWO locations:  Colorado Springs and DTC

We provide a “home” for professional sales reps. We hold them and help them be accountable to be their best, to perform at their best, support them and their life dreams. As long as you want to be the best, to continue to grow, make great money, we want you. You will not find a more respectful, fun, adventurous, and generous company to call home.

POINT 2: Best Support Team in State 

We provide the best business support. We support the sales reps with weekly training. We support the reps with good, solid leads. We have a full time office staff.

POINT 3: Best compensation and best leads

INSURANCE INDUSTRY RELATIONSHIPS: Our favorite and most rewarding leads are with strong, lasting relationships. We already have and will ask you to help grow and nurture our relationships with insurance agents, along with network leadership referral programs.

We get our leads from the best of the best referrals. We get them from the insurance agents, our BNI Network and trade shows.

COMPENSATION: We pay the best compensation in the industry. The top earners earn well over six figures.
