Job Role: 3 & 5 Axis CNC Miller (Aerospace)

Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield (NG17)

Role Overview:
Seeking experienced CNC Millers to set and operate 3 and 5 axis milling machines for high-precision aerospace components. The role involves working with Haas, Matsuura, and DMG Mori machines, primarily using Fanuc-based controls.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate 3 and 5 axis CNC milling machines

* Interpret engineering drawings and work to tight aerospace tolerances

* Conduct first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment

* Adjust offsets and program edits as required

* Maintain high standards of quality and safety

* Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical challenges

Requirements:

* Proven experience setting and operating 3 and/or 5 axis CNC milling machines

* Familiarity with Haas, Matsuura, and/or DMG Mori equipment

* Strong understanding of Fanuc controls

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Aerospace sector experience highly desirable

* Willingness to work overtime as required
