The current buzz word around the office is "Flexetarianism", six months ago you recall it was "Clean Eating" and you are already preparing yourself for upcoming "Veganuary". Welcome to working with a business that are passionate about health, fitness and food production. Whilst the food development team are at capacity, the business has a gap for an internal recruiter.
Ideally you will have 1-2 years' experience in an internal or agency recruitment capacity and know the ins and outs of direct sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing and especially how to take a killer brief from stakeholders. You will be first tasked with growing the marketing team so an interest/understanding of marketing roles is appealing or past experience In this capacity would be ideal. You must be able to think outside of the box and employ creative strategies to attract and source talent and assist the business on its growth journey.
This role will give you more than just a breadth of recruitment experience, it will also grow you HR skillset and get you involved in sampling some of the up and coming new food launches.
