We're looking for energetic, proactive and committed SEN Teaching Assistants for a number of roles in the LS10 area. These full-time roles (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm) involve working with pupils who need support with behaviour, learning and in some cases personal care.

Responsibilities:

Provide tailored classroom support for learners with SEN/SEMH needs

Offer personal care support when needed with discretion and respect

Use consistent routines and clear expectations to help pupils regulate behaviour

Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support EHCP outcomes

Build meaningful relationships through patience, structure and encouragement

Who Should Apply:

Experience with SEN, SEMH, youth mentoring, care or psychology essential

Confident managing behaviour and creating supportive routines

Fluent in spoken and written English

Energetic, enthusiastic and 100% reliable

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply
