Quantity Surveyor - Residential Refurbishment
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team, working across a range of internal and external residential refurbishment projects. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing business delivering high-quality refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all commercial aspects of residential refurbishment projects from inception to completion

* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation

* Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement processes

* Monitor project costs and variations, ensuring financial efficiency

* Conduct valuations, cost reporting, and final account negotiations

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery

* Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements

* Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential refurbishment projects

* Strong knowledge of both internal and external refurbishment works

* Excellent cost management and commercial awareness

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong negotiation and communication skills

* Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office

* Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred)
