Sales Engineer
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (Onsite, with UK & Ireland travel)
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 + up to £11,000 commission
Type: Full-time, Permanent

My client, a well-established engineering manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Engineer to drive growth across the UK and Ireland. This is a customer-facing role combining technical expertise with business development, focused on expanding market share and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline

* Grow and manage existing customer accounts

* Plan and execute regional sales activities and customer visits

* Engage with customers using both consultative and transactional sales approaches

* Collaborate with internal teams to support market coverage and lead generation

* Manage sales activity through calls, emails, and follow-ups

Requirements

* Proven B2B technical sales experience

* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

* Technical aptitude or engineering background

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven

* Willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland

* Full UK driving licence
