Salary: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour

Recruiting for a School Office Administrator with duties on reception and general admin who is a reliable, professional team player for a busy Primary School in the Hornchurch area.

Good customer service skills to work with parents, visitors, students and staff as well as great IT skills working with Microsoft Word, Excel, SIMS and willing to learn other in house systems.

To start as soon as possible - Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm (Term time only)

For the role:

  • To ensure that there is a warm, welcoming, and professional feel to the 'front of house' for visitors, staff, parents and students.
  • To be polite, friendly and adhere to the schools security & safeguarding policies.
  • To have good communication and telephone manner.
  • To be organised, and willing to work as part of a team.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft word and Sims would be desirable.
