About the Role:

Tripod Partners are currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join a team on a part-time basis working in a private hospital. This role involves delivering a high-quality pharmacy service in line with legislation, professional standards, and clinical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advice on the safe and effective management of medicines across the hospital

Promote a patient-focused, multidisciplinary approach to care

*

Plan, deliver, and evaluate pharmaceutical care tailored to patient needs

*

Support consultants and clinical staff to ensure cost-effective, evidence-based use of medicines

Candidate Requirements:

Registered with the GPhC as a Pharmacist

*

Minimum of 1 year's post-registration experience in a hospital setting

*

Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

*

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
