Approach Personnel are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a modular M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) installation project in Beverley. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing on-site operations, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of the site, including coordination of trades, materials, and logistics.

*

Oversee the delivery and installation of modular M&E units.

*

Liaise with the project manager, design team, subcontractors, and suppliers.

*

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

*

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

*

Maintain detailed site records including RAMS, site diaries, and progress reports.

*

Resolve any on-site issues or delays in a proactive and timely manner.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on M&E or modular construction projects.

*

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a modular build context.

*

SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).

*

CSCS card

*

First Aid at Work.

*

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

*

IT literate and confident using project management/reporting tools.

*

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
