I'm currently working with a fantastic freight forwarder based in Feltham who are looking to bring in an Import Clerk - a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career looking to develop within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

This role would suit a second jobber with some exposure to imports who's looking to build their knowledge and take ownership of shipments from start to finish.

The Role:

* Managing import shipments from start to finish (mainly air freight)

* Liaising with overseas agents, airlines, and hauliers

* Handling customs entries and ensuring compliance

* Monitoring shipments and resolving any delays or issues

* Providing clear and professional updates to customers

* Ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time

What They're Looking For:

* Some experience within freight forwarding (imports preferred)

* Basic understanding of customs procedures

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
