The role will see you working in a fully supported environment on a variety of residential property transactions (including acquisitions and disposals). It will encompass both leasehold and freehold work, lease extensions, new builds and transfers of equity. You will be required to manage your own caseload whilst providing support to Partners as required.

To be successful in your application, you will:

- Be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer.

- Have proven experience of managing a caseload of residential property files
