Quantity Surveyor - Leeds - Rail Building & Maintenance Projects - £45k - £55k + Generous Benefits

Here we have a prime opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned business with exciting career opportunities on financially stable and varied frameworks.

You would be working on a variety of rail frameworks including building, refurbishment and maintenance on stations. Contracts include NR bespoke, NEC3/4 and JCT Minor Works and range from £50k to £2m/£3m in value.

Ideally, you would have minimum 4/5 years experience in a contracting environment (rail ideal but not essential), a relevant Quantity Surveying qualification, and experience of administering NEC/JCT Contracts.
