Administrator Responsibilities

* Maintain and update CRM and internal systems to accurately track and manage all quotations

* Generate real-time reports and manage spreadsheets to monitor quote status and submission progress

* Develop and oversee efficient, PPC-style quote funnels from initial inquiry through to client acceptance

* Support the preparation and delivery of competitive, cost-effective service quotations as needed

* Coordinate and assign jobs to in-house engineers or subcontractors using internal scheduling systems

* Keep client portals fully updated with the latest information on quotations and work order progress

Administrator's Requirements

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels

* Meticulous attention to detail in data entry, and skilled in producing accurate, insightful reports

* Proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and a variety of digital business tools

* Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively
