Quantity Surveyor

Alecto Recruitment is working on behalf of our client who is a leading Multi Utility Provider.

A very successful business specialising in Electricity, Gas and Water connections along with EV Charge point infrastructure connections.

Due to their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor.

The Role:

Commercially, the position will play a critical role within the business, effectively managing all commercial aspects of the region
Support the commercial team in ensuring cost capture processes are compiled with
Assist in providing cost / commercial information
Maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Take ownership of reporting on financial performance, and assisting the management team to ensure commercial awareness is administered
Production of weekly and monthly cost / value reconciliations

Requirements:

We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor.
Ideally you will have experience working in areas such as Civils, Construction, Utilities, EV or infrastructure sectors
Experience in Gas, Water or Electricity infrastructure projects would be an advantage (multi utilities)

Salary:

£40,000 - £45,000
Hybrid working
25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
