What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of our operation, ensuring our clients receive the support they need to maximise their experience. Your role will include:

Responding promptly to customer inquiries via various channels
Resolving issues and providing effective solutions
Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery
Keeping customers informed about product features and updates
Contributing to a positive and friendly team atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not essential
