Finance Manager - Chesterfield- £55-65K - Hybrid working

We are working with a growing healthcare company based near Chesterfield. This company is on the acquisition trail and is looking for someone to go on the journey with them.  As the Finance Manager, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and leading a small but growing team of Management Accountants. You will ensure all P&L's, the balance sheet, and all supporting management information are completed on a timely, accurate, and high-quality basis. You will also develop insightful commentary and identify risks and opportunities within the financial results for the Financial Controller and other internal stakeholders.

This company is growing, so you must be fast-paced and good at looking at processes. You will play a key role in the budget process, ensuring an accurate and high-quality budget is produced within the agreed timelines and to then support any subsequent re-forecasts. You will also provide ad hoc support and analysis to enable stakeholders to better understand financial performance.

What the client is looking for…

You should be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
You must have substantial experience of working in a management accounts-based role.
You must also have experience working in a medium to large business and have prior experience of coaching and managing a team.
Experience of working in a healthcare company would be desirable

Salary of between £55-65,000 DOE
