A welcoming and well-established nursery in Wokingham is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their dedicated team as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality early years education and creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

Responsibilities as an Early Years Practitioner:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Observe, monitor, and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development through structured and play-based learning
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and child welfare
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and parents to support each child's development

What you need to be an Early Years Practitioner:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Previous experience working with young children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
