Workload will primarily be based around the Staffordshire/Derbyshire area.

Working hours:

• Full or Part-time (minimum 3-day week)

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:

• Basic salary of £50,000 (pro-rata for part-time)
• Car Expenses

• RICS fees paid

Residential Surveyor requirements:

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified
• UK driving license
• VRS
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:

• Carrying out Level 2 reports
• Mortgage Valuations
