As a Registered Nurse at Ashfield, you'll be responsible for:

Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to residents

Administering medication and maintaining accurate records

Supporting residents with daily needs while promoting dignity and independence

Collaborating with care staff, families, and external professionals to provide holistic care

Leading shifts and mentoring junior staff when required

Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and CQC standards

A valid NMC registration (RGN or RNLD)
