• Take end-to-end ownership of engineering model and system development for advanced propulsion systems.
• Develop and maintain system-level requirements and compliance matrices.
• Lead technical reviews (PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR) and milestone documentation.
• Generate test plans and provide engineering support during system testing.
• Conduct thermal and mechanical analyses to validate system performance.
• Interface with manufacturing teams to review processes and approve build data.
• Develop component-level requirements and support design verification.

Propulsion EngineerRequirements

• Degree in Engineering & industry experience in propulsion systems.
• Strong knowledge of bipropellant rocket engines and thrusters.
• Experience with regeneratively cooled combustion chamber design.
• Proficiency in thermal analysis and mechanical system evaluation.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes for propulsion systems.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and verify compliance.
• Skilled in problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
