Job Information:

• Regional Manager - Children's Residential Care Homes
• Joining an established organisation that provides residential, clinical, and educational support to children and young people
• Overseeing the management of 6 residential care homes
• Homes are based in Blackpool, Poulton le Fylde, Preston, and Halifax
• Overseeing the management of services designed to provide therapeutic support boys whose early childhood trauma has led them to being vulnerable and at risk of being criminally exploited
• All services support young boys aged 11-17
• Services will support young people who have either a background of complex behavioural needs, gang or radicalisation experience and/or HSB (Harmful sexual behaviours)
• All services are between 2-5 bedded homes
• Managing and supervising Registered Managers, ensuring homes meet their statement of purpose and can provide effective and efficient to children and young people
• Work alongside HR and recruitment team to help recruit and manage staff team
• Work and report into SMT, ensuring services meet company standards
• Full-time, permanent contract

Pay and Bonuses:

• £55,000 - £70,000 (Depending on experience)
• + £2,000 in bonuses

Requirements to apply:

• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
• Multi-site management experience
• Driving licence
