Commercial Reservations Manager - £15 per hour - Poole
Monday to Friday role with only 1 Saturday per month

We're recruiting for a Commercial Reservations Manager to join a growing business in Poole, Dorset on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Reservations Manager, you'll play a key role in driving performance and managing enquiries:

Lead and manage the reservations and enquiry process from start to finish
Maximise conversion rates and revenue opportunities
Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships
Oversee pricing, yield, and booking performance
Ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly and accurately
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth booking delivery
Monitor performance data and support commercial decision-making

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in B2B sales or reservations management
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing strategies
Experience managing enquiries, bookings, or similar workflows
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment
