Part Time Administrator (Finance) York | Fixed Term (9-12 months) | Wed-Fri, 9am-5.30pm | £26K pro rata
Looking to build your finance career in a supportive team? We're lookig to hire an enthusiastic, part Time Administrator to join a well-established business in York based near Monks Cross. This entry-level, finance administrative role is ideal for someone looking to start/continue their journey in accounts who has strong Excel skills, some office experience, and a keen eye for detail.
Key responsibilities:
* Support accounts administration and invoice processing
* Assist with monthly reporting and reconciliations
* Help with credit control and supplier queries
* Maintain accurate records and provide general admin support
What we're looking for:
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Some office or admin experience
* A proactive, organised approach and willingness to learn
* Clear communication and attention to detail
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus but not essential.
