We are urgently seeking a Machine Operator for our Tamworth site.

Job Description:

Our busy manufacturing facility in Tamworth is currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join its production team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with a background in industrial or manufacturing work who takes pride in maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating and monitoring industrial machinery.

*

Carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery.

*

Following production schedules and adhering to standard operating procedures.

*

Logging production data and reporting any faults or issues.

*

Working safely at all times, complying with health and safety regulations.

*

Keeping work areas clean, organised, and hazard-free.

*

Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Hours: 7am to 4pm Mon to Fri

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a manufacturing is desirable.

*

Mechanically minded with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.

*

Good attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

*

Physically fit - must be able to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods.

Desirable Skills (Not Essential):

*

Forklift truck license desirable.

*

Familiarity with production or factory safety procedures.
