Our client is a 15 years old living with a brain injury and scoliosis
He requires support at home, accessing the community and his therapy goals
Our client requires rehabilitation assistance and awareness of shunt and mobility support would be desirableSuccessful Applicant:

Previous experience and confident working with teenagers / adults with complex conditions - brain injuries, cerebral palsy, epilepsy etc
Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license and own car available that fits a wheelchair inside
Must have flexibility for evenings and weekends + longer days in the school holidays
