Role And Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in resourcing candidates in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector.

• Partner with clients - Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding their hiring needs and delivering the best talent solutions
• Source and engage top quality engineering & manufacturing staff- Use your expertise to find, screen, and secure high-caliber professionals
• Manage the full recruitment cycle - Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for both clients and candidates
• Stay ahead of industry trends - Provide market insights that position you as a trusted recruitment expert
