Grounds Maintenance Operative - Role in Exmouth

Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour Hours: Full-time Driving Licence: Required

Summer hours - Saturday - Monday 7.30 am to 4.30 pm Tuesday and Friday 7.30 am to 4.00 pm
Winter hours - Friday - Tuesday 8.00 am to 3.00 pm

About the Role

You will carry out grounds maintenance across the Sidmouth area, ensuring public spaces, parks, and communal areas are kept to a high standard. This is a hands-on outdoor role requiring reliability and a strong work ethic.

Key Duties

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming

Planting, weeding, and general horticultural tasks

Litter picking and upkeep of green spaces

Safe use of grounds machinery

Supporting seasonal and project-based work

What You Need

Standard UK driving licence

Experience in grounds or outdoor labour

Ability to work outdoors in all weather

Good communication and teamwork skills
