Connected Finance are delighted to have partnered on a retained basis with a forward-thinking, family run engineering company based in Sheffield. We are looking for an FD on a part time basis to look after an established finance team, and help the company move forward with delivering their business strategy.

This will be an extremely varied FD role, providing strategic leadership to the finance team, working closely with operations and sales functions providing expertise in order to fuel growth.

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with experience working within Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

* Leading Finance team to ensuring deadlines are met and accuracy of reports

* Audit preparation (alongside FC)

* Provisions

* Accruals

* Oversee insurance compliance across the business (alongside Operations Director)

* Costings

* Ensuring compliance to regulation across the business

Package:

Salary - Full Time equivalent £80k - £100k

Working hours: 3 days per week (flexible)

Environment: On site
