Industrial Refrigeration Field Service Engineer
Location: Covering the Midlands, London & South London
Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 + Company Van, Fuel Card, Overtime + Benefits

About the Role:

We're looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Industrial Refrigeration Service Engineer to become part of our expanding team. This is a mobile role, with responsibility for sites across the Midlands, London, and South London. The successful candidate will bring solid expertise in the refrigeration industry and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing top-tier service to end users, facilities managers, and contractors.

* Normal working hours on-site: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

* 30-minute unpaid lunch break

* Monday - Friday

What We Look For:

* A solid background in industrial refrigeration, with hands-on experience in servicing and maintenance.

* Certification in F-Gas Category II is essential; additional qualifications in CO₂, Ammonia, or Hydrocarbons are highly advantageous.

* Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and trusted as a reliable advisor.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

* A proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems independently.

* Highly professional and self-driven, with a positive approach to teamwork and client interaction.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

* F-Gas Category II certification (essential)

* CO₂ handling qualification (preferred)

* Full, valid UK driving licence

* Time-served apprenticeship in Refrigeration and HVAC

* Minimum 5 years' field experience in industrial refrigeration

* Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
