Vehicle Technician

Location: Norwich
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 Basic | £45,000 - £50,000+ OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday + Saturday rota

🧾 The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established dealership in Norwich.

This is a great opportunity to work within a professional workshop environment, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and career progression.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

* Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles

* Perform diagnostics and fault finding using modern equipment

* Complete vehicle health checks (VHCs) and report findings

* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards

* Maintain accurate records of work carried out

* Work collaboratively with the workshop and service team

✅ Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

* Strong diagnostic skills (advantageous for higher salary bracket)

* MOT Licence (desirable but not essential)

* Full UK driving licence
