Hours of Work: 30 hours per week between Monday to Friday

Completed over 4 days - Friday is essential

We're recruiting for a Stock Controller to join a busy industrial and warehouse environment where accuracy, communication, and teamwork are key. This role plays a vital part in ensuring stock is controlled, movements are tracked correctly, and outbound deliveries leave in perfect order.

The role is ideally 30 hours per week, with Friday essential, and can be completed over 4 days. Applicants looking for full-time hours will also be considered.

As Stock Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with external carriers and organising trailer collections from head office to Belfast 2-3 times per week
• Safely unloading external carriers and loading HGV lorries daily
• Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming materials in line with the company's QMS system
• Assisting with booking in trailers and maintaining strong communication with the sales team
• Overseeing stock accuracy across a wide range of products
• Completing cycle counts, ensuring all stock locations are regularly audited without disrupting warehouse operations
• Ensuring goods are packed and presented so they reach customers safe, damage-free, and in excellent condition

Essential Criteria

• Counterbalance FLT licence
• A people-focused approach with the ability to work well as part of a team
• Exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to spot a single incorrect digit in a 12-digit number
