Key Responsibilities:

Review and appraise enquiries, maintain registers, and prepare tender files.

Conduct site visits to assess work scope, conditions, and requirements.

Liaise with clients to develop outline designs, budgets, and tender submissions.

*

Take off quantities, assign resources, and prepare tender prices.

*

Submit estimates, respond to queries, and support pre-award and contract handovers.

Requirements:

*

Minimum grade C in Maths and English; A-level passes or equivalent.

*

Attention to detail, methodical approach, and strong organisation skills.

*

Commercial awareness with communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

*

Full UK driving licence.
