Description

This senior leadership position sits on the local Board and reports directly to the CEO.

You will lead financial governance, reporting, forecasting, strategic planning, and the integration of systems, data and automation across the business. The role blends commercial influence, operational oversight and technology-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial strategy, governance, and reporting
  • Deliver annual budgets, forecasts, business plans and capacity modelling
  • Provide commercial insight linking performance to outcomes
  • Champion data integrity, systems accuracy and stock/process control
  • Drive automation and IT-led improvement projects (including Power BI and AI adoption)
  • Act as a key Board member, supporting and challenging decision-making
  • Ensure financial compliance, controls, cashflow management and cost oversight
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, building capability and succession
  • Work cross-functionally and with Group teams to deliver change and continuous improvement

Profile

Candidate Profile
  • Qualified finance professional (ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong senior leadership
  • Commercially aware with excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Confident operating at Board level, influencing across functions
  • Proven experience in process improvement, automation or systems enhancement
  • Highly organised, decisive and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
