£15.00 per hour + supplements (OTE £35,700)

The Role

Shillito Group are recruiting on behalf of a well established manufacturing business for a Job Preparation Operative to join their Mould Shop team.

This is a hands on role focused on preparing equipment for production, supporting changeovers, and keeping operations running smoothly.

You will be working in a fast paced environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key.

Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am

Pay

• £15.00 per hour basic
• £2.6894 per hour supplement
• 4.75% attendance allowance

Average earnings: £35,700 per year

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing mould equipment for job changes
• Ensuring parts and equipment are ready for production
• Supporting machine changeovers
• Loading and unloading equipment
• Keeping the work area clean and organised
• Supporting general operations within the mould shop

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
• FLT licence is essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work to deadlines
• Willing to take ownership and get involved
• Good attitude and team approach
