Production Operator - Manufacturing

💷 Pay: starting at £16.06 per hour raising with experience (includes Shift Allowance)
💷 Pay: £32,585 per annum basic wage (plus potential increases with training and overtime)

⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends!), 2.30pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday; Friday 1pm to 8pm

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
🔧 Set up, run and monitor machines to meet production targets
🔧 Conduct basic machine maintenance checks
🔧 Assemble and load products to high quality standards
🔧 Maintain health and safety practices at all times
🔧 Work flexibly as part of a collaborative team
🔧 Take pride in producing high-quality products for customers

Preferred but not essential:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
• Comfortable working in an environment with dust, noise, and physical activity
