Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Electrician to begin work within Social Housing for a well-established contractor.

About the Role:

You will be carrying out electrical works across occupied social housing properties, working to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance.

Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00
Location: Site-based
Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works in social housing properties

* Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations and health & safety standards

* Work professionally and respectfully within tenants' homes

* Accurately complete paperwork and job records

* Liaise with supervisors and report any additional works required

About You:

Essential Requirements:

* Full UK driving licence

* 18th Edition qualification

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

* Proof of qualifications prior to starting

* Valid DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)

* Previous experience working within social housing

* Strong fault-finding and installation experience

* Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
