Description

  • Providing general administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Organising and maintaining files and records
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Assisting with the preparation of project-related documents
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Supporting other departments as needed
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:
