HR Advisor 
Location: Filton
Contract until September 2026
Leading Aerospace & Defence Client

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a leading aerospace and defence organisation in Filton. This role is offered on a PAYE basis, paying £20.93 per hour, and runs until September 2026.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both managers and employees, ensuring effective people management and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.

Support employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across the business.

Use IT and data analytics to drive evidence-based decision making.

Ensure a customer-focused, solution-oriented HR service.

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong IT and data analytics skills.

Proficiency with Google Suite (advantageous).

Proficiency with Workday (advantageous).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence, negotiate, and take initiative.

Adaptable, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Proven ability to build and manage relationships effectively.

Eligibility and ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
