We're Hiring: 2 x Works Managers - Southern Water Clean Rivers & Seas Programme

We're looking for two experienced Works Managers to support both ongoing and upcoming projects across the Southern Water Clean Rivers and Seas programme. You'll work closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient delivery of works.

This is a hands-on, varied role that bridges the gap between project planning and on-site execution.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the scoping and planning of works
Coordinating site setup and compliance documentation
Overseeing subcontractors and monitoring progress on-site
Managing site logistics and ensuring health & safety standards are met
Ensuring work readiness through planning and noticingWhat we're looking for:

SMSTS
CSCS Black Card (desireable)
Experience managing or supporting civil water utility projects (Southern Water experience is a bonus)
Strong coordination and communication skills
Confidence working between office and site teams
Based within reach of the Battle / Hastings area (site visits required)Why join us?
