Field Care Supervisor

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Field Care Supervisor to work in our service based in Ealing! This is a great opportunity for an individual looking for career development, stability, and to develop in a professional context in this fast-growing care sector.

Job Responsibility:

* Setting up new packages of care for vulnerable people living in their own home

* Completing risk assessments and person-centred care plan

* Routinely reviewing existing packages of care

* Spot checking care workers out in their field

* Undertaking supervision observations

* Building relationships with social workers, health professionals, people receiving care and their families/friends

* Assisting the Care Coordinator as and when necessary

* Assisting the Registered Manager as and when necessary

* Ensuring Care Workers provide the quality of care that meets the standards determined by the company.

* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.

* Effectively and confidentially managing data and information.

* Accurately maintaining records.

* Experience in Field Care Supervisor preferred, but not essential.

* Salary range £25,400.00

* Full-time 40 hours per weel
