Job Duties

Our client a leading fashion retail company covering some of the leading clothing brands is recruiting for Dutch or German speaking Customer Support agencies. Dealing with customers over the phone, email and live chat.

Assisting them queries regards taking orders, tracking orders, deliveries, returns and general queries.

Essential criteria

• fluent Dutch or German

• have a High-school or University degree

• Good general IT skills

• Have good customer service skills
