We are seeking a full-time Support Worker for a temp-to-perm opportunity at a well-established supported living site in Monmouth. This is a rewarding role where you will help individuals thrive while being part of a friendly, dedicated team.

• Provide person-centred support to individuals in their homes, local community, and supported living sites.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
• Encourage independence and support community engagement.
• Build positive relationships and promote overall wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and report any concerns appropriately.

• 6 months UK based experience in supported living or community-based care.
• Full UK driving licence (essential for community-based support).
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

• Day shifts: 7am–8pm
• Sleep-in shifts: 3pm–11pm, plus overnight sleep-in
