Package: £30,000 - £35,000

About the Role: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join our client based in Hounslow. You’ll be responsible for managing the full export process of product to international markets including India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. This is a hands-on role requiring strong documentation skills and a solid understanding of freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end export documentation and compliance
• Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping lines
• Prepare and issue Bills of Lading, invoices, and export documentation
• Input and maintain data on pre-made Excel spreadsheets
• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely dispatch
• Communicate with international clients and partners
• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills – confident with data entry and spreadsheet management
• Experience in freight forwarding or export documentation
• Knowledge of Bills of Lading and international shipping processes
