Team Manager - Therapeutic IFA

Up to £50,000 per annum + £1,200 allowance

NonStop Care is working with a well-established Independent Fostering Agency in the East Midlands (Syston Base), in order to help them recruit for a Team Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be joining a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating and a very good reputation.

They provide therapeutic training to all of their Social Workers and foster carers. You will be receiving regular individual and group clinical supervision provided by a qualified psychotherapist.

Responsibilities:

These will include providing effective leadership and management to the fostering team, ensuring that team members are supported, motivated, and working towards the agency's goals and objectives.

Extra duties include, participating in the recruitment and selection of new team members, as well as providing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
